ARRIVO E PARTENZA
Il giorno dell’arrivo la camera sarà pronta dalle ore 15.00, se intendete arrivare prima delle ore 15.00 o dopo le ore 18.00 vi chiediamo di contattarci.
Il giorno della partenza la camera dovrà essere lasciata alle ore 10.00. Per partenza ritardata chiediamo un supplemento di € 25 all’ora e comunque non si potrà ritardare oltre le ore 12.00.
ANIMALI DOMESTICI
Accettiamo solamente i cani ad un costo di € 15 a notte, dovranno essere tranquilli e abituati a viaggiare.
È vietato lasciare solo il cane nella stanza durante le ore del giorno.
Se verranno fatti danni a pavimenti mobilia ecc sarà applicato un supplemento proporzionale al danno.
COLAZIONE
La colazione verrà servita dalle ore 8.00 alle ore 9.30 a buffet, dolce e salata con piatti caldi preparati al momento.
Se volete fare colazione prima, fatelo sapere la sera precedente.
FUMATORI
Non è consentito fumare in alcuna camera o luogo al chiuso della struttura.
IMPOSTA DI SOGGIORNO
L’imposta di soggiorno è di € 1,50 a persona a notte per le prime cinque notti, sarà da pagare dai 14 anni in su di età, esclusivamente in contanti.
RIMESSA BICICLETTA E SCI
Per chi volesse arrivare con la propria bicicletta o sci disponiamo di garage privato gratuito.
GIARDINO
Il giardino con divanetti e gazebo è disponibile gratuitamente per il cliente, dispone anche di caminetto per barbecue, se volete fare una grigliata, noi vi forniamo il necessario per accedere il fuoco al costo di € 10.
È VIETATO portare il proprio cane a fare i bisogni nel giardino della struttura.
*** ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival, the room will be ready from 3:00 PM. If you intend to arrive before 3:00 PM or after 6:00 PM, we ask you to contact us. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10:00 AM. For late departure, we charge a supplement of €25 per hour, and in any case, departure cannot be delayed beyond 12:00 PM.
PETS
We only accept dogs at a cost of €15 per night; they must be calm and accustomed to traveling. It is forbidden to leave the dog alone in the room during daytime hours. If damage is done to floors, furniture, etc., a supplement proportional to the damage will be applied.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast will be served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM buffet-style, sweet and savory with hot dishes prepared fresh. If you wish to have breakfast earlier, please let us know the evening before.
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in any room or indoor area of the property.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax is €1.50 per person per night for the first five nights, payable for guests aged 14 and above, exclusively in cash.
BICYCLE AND SKI STORAGE
For those who wish to arrive with their own bicycle or skis, we have a free private garage.
GARDEN
The garden with sofas and gazebo is available free of charge to guests; it also has a fireplace for barbecue. If you want to have a barbecue, we provide what is necessary to light the fire at a cost of €10. It is FORBIDDEN to bring your dog to do its business in the property’s garden.
*** ANKUNFT UND ABREISE
Am Anreisetag ist das Zimmer ab 15:00 Uhr bereit. Falls Sie vor 15:00 Uhr oder nach 18:00 Uhr ankommen möchten, bitten wir Sie, uns zu kontaktieren. Am Abreisetag muss das Zimmer um 10:00 Uhr verlassen werden. Für verspätete Abreise berechnen wir einen Zuschlag von €25 pro Stunde, und die Abreise kann auf keinen Fall über 12:00 Uhr hinaus verzögert werden.
HAUSTIERE
Wir akzeptieren nur Hunde zu einem Preis von €15 pro Nacht; sie müssen ruhig sein und ans Reisen gewöhnt. Es ist verboten, den Hund während der Tagesstunden allein im Zimmer zu lassen. Falls Schäden an Böden, Möbeln usw. verursacht werden, wird ein Zuschlag proportional zum Schaden erhoben.
FRÜHSTÜCK
Das Frühstück wird von 8:00 Uhr bis 9:30 Uhr als Buffet serviert, süß und herzhaft mit frisch zubereiteten warmen Speisen. Wenn Sie früher frühstücken möchten, teilen Sie uns dies bitte am Vorabend mit.
RAUCHER
Das Rauchen ist in keinem Zimmer oder geschlossenen Raum der Unterkunft gestattet.
KURTAXE
Die Kurtaxe beträgt €1,50 pro Person pro Nacht für die ersten fünf Nächte und ist ab 14 Jahren zu zahlen, ausschließlich in bar.
FAHRRAD- UND SKIAUFBEWAHRUNG
Für diejenigen, die mit ihrem eigenen Fahrrad oder Ski anreisen möchten, verfügen wir über eine kostenlose private Garage.
GARTEN
Der Garten mit Sofas und Pavillon steht den Gästen kostenlos zur Verfügung; er verfügt auch über einen Kamin für Barbecue. Wenn Sie grillen möchten, stellen wir Ihnen das Notwendige zum Anzünden des Feuers zu einem Preis von €10 zur Verfügung. Es ist VERBOTEN, den eigenen Hund im Garten der Unterkunft seine Notdurft verrichten zu lassen.
